Closed in 2016 to allow it to be adapted to safety standards, it has been entirely restored (the last work dates back to the 1990s) and on 21 December it will be accessible again with a special ticket: you enter from the Uffizi, walk over Ponte Vecchio and exit through the Boboli Gardens.<\/p>

About 750 metres long, it was built by architect Giorgio Vasari in 1565: the rulers used it to reach Palazzo Vecchio from their palace in Pitti undisturbed and without running risks to their safety.<\/p>

Reservations are required for access to the Vasari Corridor. It will be possible to book tickets from 9 a.m. on 10 December 2024.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The Vasari Corridor observes the same closing days as the Uffizi (info<\/a>).

The entrance to the Vasari Corridor is located on the first floor of the Uffizi at room D19-Meeting point. Visitors must arrive at the meeting point strictly 5 minutes before the scheduled entrance time. Failure to comply with the timetable will result in the loss of the right to access.<\/p>

Access to the Uffizi Gallery must take place approximately 2 hours before access to the Vasari Corridor.<\/p>

A cumulative Passepartout 5 Days ticket with Vasari Corridor supplement will also be available, its availability will be subject to the availability of tickets in the chosen time slots.<\/p>

The ticket in addition to the visit of the Uffizi Gallery and the Vasari Corridor allows the entrance to the Museum of the Opificio delle Pietre Dure within 5 days from the date of booking, for further information please visit the following page: Free entrance to the Opificio delle Pietre Dure with the Uffizi ticket | The Uffizi Galleries.<\/p>

Once the Vasari Corridor visit is over, you will no longer be able to access the Uffizi Gallery. We therefore advise you to conclude the gallery visit before entering the Corridor.<\/p>

Please note that it is not possible to purchase more than 5 tickets at a time, even for different dates.<\/p>

The visit takes place in groups of a maximum of 25 people per available time slot, accompanied by 2 members of the Uffizi Galleries staff (the duration will be approximately 45 minutes).<\/p>

It is compulsory to respect the entrance time booked for the Vasari Corridor as it will not be possible to enter the next or previous visiting shift.<\/p>

The entrance to the Vasari Corridor is located on the first floor of the Uffizi Gallery, near the Venetian Chapel. In order to facilitate the route, in addition to the internal signage, a map is available for downloading via a QR Code found in the tickets purchased online.<\/p>

At the end of the tour, visitors will be accompanied to the exit at the Grotta Buontalenti located in the Boboli Gardens; if they are in possession of a ticket valid for access to the Boboli Gardens or to Palazzo Pitti, they will be able to continue their visit.<\/p>

If you are in possession of a Uffizi annual card, a Passepartout annual card or a Passepartout Family card, you will have the opportunity to purchase an optional ticket at a reduced rate of 20 euros (valid in both High and Low Season), at no extra cost for booking.<\/p>

The ticket is valid for a single access on the date and time chosen at the time of booking, depending on the availability of the chosen time slot.<\/p>
